I can't imagine how someone came up with a healthy sauce that so closely resembles real marinara without any tomatoes! BY FAR the best sauce I have found available for AIP/No nightshade diets and tomato free eaters. No acidity either. If you deal with reflux that might be important to you. This product sells out quickly and I can understand why. It's SO good!

Following a tomato free diet isn't easy especially for an Italian. I thought I would never get to enjoy a marinara sauce again but I have to say, this sauce is really good! I made pasta with ground beef and used this sauce and it was delicious. Everyone gobbled it up. Nice job Nada Mato!

This BBQ sauce is absolutely amazing! So sorry that I only bought one jar. Several of my family members have nightshade allergies so I am very hopeful that they will be as excited about the BBQ sauce as I am. I honestly can not see a reason why they wouldn't because this sauce is awesome!

Hawaiian Style BBQ Sauce
When you have to follow a restricted AIP diet for as long as I have, you really start to miss your favorite condiments. I ordered the Hawaiian BBQ sauce, not really expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised! The flavor is great! I loved it on bbq chicken legs and look forward to slathering it on ribst next! Classic Ketchup
This tastes just as good as "traditional" tomato ketchup! It's nice and thick and made with good pure ingredients. You don't miss the tomatoes at all. Being nightshade intolerant, it's really exciting to be able to enjoy a hamberger and fries (frozen yuca fries) with Nada Mato Ketchup. I will absolutely be purchasing this again and again.

Classic BBQ Sauce
I actually prefer this to many BBQ Sauce options I used to be able to eat. Now due to an important diet change for me (AIP Diet), I don't eat tomatoes, peppers, etc; It's crazy that this sauce doesn't have any weird ingredients that you don't even know what they are. Nada Mato products are like most prepared products. Unopened products stay good for one year past the printed “best-by” date as long as the jar remains tightly sealed and undamaged. However, quality and flavor may degrade over time.
Our Pasta and Rosa sauce remain fresh once opened and refrigerated for up to 7 days.
Our BBQ sauces and Ketchup remain fresh once opened and refrigerated for up to 6 months.
Our Salsa remains fresh once opened and refrigerated for 2-3 weeks.
Yes! All of our products are AIP introductory level friendly with the exception of our Rosa Sauce which contains cashews. Cashews are among the first seeds that can be reintroduced at Stage 2 after successfully completing the initial elimination phase.
